What you need:

A passion for caring for elderly people in their own homes
Must hold a current UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work purposes (not mandatory)
Ability to assist in the day-to-day operation of the Home Care Services business
Ability to participate in multi-disciplinary assessment of Client needs and planning of Client care
Ability to liaise with external organisations such as the local authority, with the aim of developing individualised care packages for Clients
Ability to line manage a team of Carers
Must be able to provide written reports of all complaints, accidents, incidents and untoward events in accordance with policies via IT systems (mobile app)
Able to undertake on call duties every other weekend
Minimum of NVQ / QCF Level 2 in Care, and be willing to complete further QCF Health and Social Care Qualifications
Experience in Domiciliary Care
To handle the on-call phone when required, the Senior Carer will be in possession of the phone every other weekend or when required.
