We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. If you already have recruitment experience and want an opportunity to develop your career, grow your earnings, and build strong client relationships in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Salary & Package – Clear Progression:
• £28,000 - £29,500 basic salary dependent on experience
• OTE : £31,000 – £34,000 including commission
About the Role:
• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement
• Build strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
• Identify and win new business through sales calls and face-to-face client visits
• Source, interview and match candidates to suitable roles
• Work towards achievable sales and performance targets

Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM (1 hour lunch break)
Office based role.
A full current driving licence is required for client visits.
