Summary
Working effectively as part of the Weight Management MDT. Developing and running specialist group programmes. Supervision and support of junior colleagues and students. Clinical and dietetic assessment and review of patients in a 1:1 setting. Delivering Bariatric Education sessions. Leading on service development projects and supporting operational leads. Participating in research and audit. Keeping up to date with CPD and current issues in obesity management. Challenging weight stigma.
