Summary

We are currently looking to recruit a dedicated and experienced Live-In Care Worker to support a gentleman living in North Yorkshire who has a spinal injury.
The role involves delivering high-quality, person-centred care within the client’s home, supporting him to live as independently and comfortably as possible.
This role will include nurse delegated tasks under our TDDI registration. You will receive specialist training and ongoing support from our clinical team.
The role will also involve assisting the customer to access the community and support him with his hobbies and interests.
Key Responsibilities
Providing personal care and support with daily living activities
Assisting with mobility and transfers
Supporting daily routines, meals, and light household tasks
Monitoring wellbeing and reporting any concerns appropriately
Providing companionship and emotional support
Following the care plan and working in line with clinical guidance
Nurse delegated tasks.
Experience & Requirements
Previous complex care experience is essential
Experience supporting individuals with spinal injuries is desirable
Full UK driving licence
Compassionate, reliable, and professional approach to care
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently within a live-in care environment
Strong team player to work with the domiciliary care team
Training & Support
Full training will be provided by our Clinical Lead, ensuring you are fully supported and confident in delivering the specific care required for the client.
You will be fully supported by our management and on call team ensuring that there is always appropriate advice available.
