Summary
Duties and Responsibilities
•Must have knowledge of vehicle sales procedures, finance, and after-sales processes is desirable.
•Build and maintain B2B and B2C relationships.
•Promote and sell used cars and related products (finance, warranties, insurance).
•Respond to customer inquiries from walk-ins, phone calls, and online platforms.
•Negotiate prices and finalize sales agreements.
•Prepare sales documents and maintain CRM records.
•Coordinate with workshop and logistics teams for vehicle preparation and delivery.
•Support marketing and promotional campaigns.
•Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
