Summary
The successful applicant will be managing two caseloads and the aligned staff, working alongside the existing team lead and service manager to support and manage the delivery of high quality person centered care. The post will be based in Steppingley Hub aligned to the Ampthill Community nursing teams. Due to the nature of the post the applicant must be able to meet the travel requirements of the post.
