Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and confident individual to join the team as a Business Administration Level 3 Apprentice. This role is ideal for someone with previous office experience who is looking to develop their administrative and commercial skills within a professional manufacturing environment.
The successful candidate will support office and sales administration activities, work with data and internal systems, and communicate confidently with colleagues across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to office and sales teams
Input, analyse, and manipulate data using Microsoft Office applications and internal systems
Assist with sales and commercial administration tasks (where required)
Communicate effectively with internal departments and external contacts
Handle queries and resolve issues as they arise in a timely and professional manner
Support day-to-day office operations in a fast-paced environment
Occasionally enter the factory/production areas as required
Essential Requirements
Must hold a full driving licence and be able to reliably commute to the Carnaby site
Previous experience working in an office or administrative role
Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Comfortable working with data, including analysis and manipulation
Confident communicator with a professional manner
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Problem-solving skills and the ability to deal with issues as they arise
Comfortable working within a meat production environment, including occasional factory visits
Desirable Experience
Commercial or sales administration experience
Experience working in a manufacturing or production-based environment
Training
This role includes working towards a Business Administration Level 3 qualification
