What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint an outstanding, motivated and dedicated teacher of social science to join our Social Sciences team. The ideal candidate will have superb subject knowledge in their specialist area and a passion for teaching.
Experience or knowledge of teaching Sociology to A Level, Psychology to both GCSE & A level, Health & Social care to KS4 & KS5, and experience of Criminology at KS5 would be desirable.
We’re looking for a colleague who has a passion for their subject and the ability to infuse this in their students; who is committed to raising achievement and raising aspirations. You will have the ability to make a measurable impact and will motivate and inspire students to reach the full potential. You will also benefit from a highly supportive social sciences team and excellently resourced faculty.
