Exmouth Community College is seeking an eager and enthusiastic individual to lead the sustained improvement of teaching and learning across Exmouth Community College by embedding a coherent, evidence-informed model of instructional practice.
The postholder will play a highly visible leadership role in developing excellent classroom practice, strengthening curriculum enactment, and ensuring that all teachers are supported to improve through a robust coaching programme —so that all students, particularly those who need us most, achieve exceptional outcomes.
