Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager / Sales Development Manager to drive growth for our HR Consultancy services. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with companies, and promoting HR, recruitment, and workforce solutions across multiple industries.

The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our client portfolio, developing strategic partnerships, and increasing revenue through HR consulting services.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

Identify and approach potential clients requiring HR consultancy and recruitment services.

Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities.

Build long-term relationships with corporate clients and partners.

Sales & Client Acquisition

Present HR consultancy services to companies and decision-makers.

Generate leads, conduct sales meetings, and close business deals.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Market Expansion

Research industry trends and identify new markets for HR services.

Expand the company’s presence across different sectors and regions.

Develop partnerships with business networks and professional organizations.

Client Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service delivery.

Work closely with HR consultants and recruitment teams to deliver solutions.

Reporting & Strategy

Track sales performance and prepare regular business reports.

Provide insights to management on market opportunities and growth strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.

Experience in business development, sales, recruitment, or HR consultancy.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.

Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Knowledge of the UK business environment is an advantage.
