Salary: Grade 7 - £31,022 x 77.15%
Hours: 32 ½ hours per week (term time)

The Governing Body of this caring, inclusive school is seeking to appoint a HLTA (Level 4) to cover a maternity leave in Progression Step 1 staff team and teach our Nursery class.
We are looking for a HLTA who:-
• Is highly organised, dedicated and able to use their initiative
• Has good interpersonal skills; and is able to work closely with parents, staff team and governors
• Has an understanding of the Non Maintained Nursery Curriculum and assessment practices
• Will work alongside the Reception Teacher to plan, prepare and provide high quality learning experiences for our Nursery pupils
• Knowledge and experience of work with pupils with additional learning needs
• Can create an engaging learning environment and understand how to develop learning through play
• Has a genuine desire to be fully committed to the school and its wider community

Shortlisting will be held on 15th April 2025. Shortlisted candidates will be asked to teach a demonstration lesson in the Nursery prior to interviews. Interviews will be held on 24th April 2025.
