Looking for a varied site role? We are looking for a proactive Plant Vehicle Marshal who isn't afraid to get stuck in. This isn't just a "stand and point" job-we need someone to support the wider site team through general labouring and assisting our Telehandler operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Vehicle Marshalling: Safely directing plant, deliveries, and site traffic in accordance with health and safety protocols.
* Telehandler Support: Acting as the primary "eyes and ears" for the Telehandler operator, assisting with banksman duties, and ensuring loads are safely guided and landed.
* General Labouring: Keeping the site tidy, assisting trades, moving materials, and performing manual handling tasks as required.
* Site Safety: Maintaining clear access routes and ensuring the site perimeter remains secure.
What You'll Need:
* Valid Tickets: CPCS or NPORS Plant Vehicle Marshal (or Traffic Marshal) and a valid CSCS card.
* Physical Fitness: Capability to handle manual labouring tasks throughout the shift.
* Experience: Previous experience working alongside Telehandlers or heavy lifting equipment.
* Attitude: A "can-do" approach-ready to jump from marshalling to labouring as the site needs change.
