Our client is looking for an experienced CNC Miller to join the team. The ideal candidate will work as part of a small team in a friendly working environment. With increased demand expected through 2026 there will be multiple opportunities for training and development.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Program CNC milling machines (Haas and Matsuura) using OneCNC and Edgecam or from technical drawings.
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines for a variety of jobs.
- Ensure machines run efficiently and produce high-quality components.
- Follow ISO 9001:2015 quality standards to maintain accuracy and reduce waste.
- Select and monitor cutting tools to optimise machining performance.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years experience programming CNC milling machines.
- Experience with 3, 4 and 5-axis machining.
- Knowledge of Fanuc control systems.
- Experience using OneCNC and Edgecam software.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to work and communicate closely with team members.
