School Cleaner – The Gattons Infant School
£12.71 per hour (pro rata) | Monday to Friday, 4:00pm – 6.00pm (term time) + deep cleans during all half-term breaks

The Role:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking School Cleaner to join our team at the Gattons Infant School. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for pupils and staff during term time, with additional deep cleans during all half-term breaks.
Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning classrooms, toilets, corridors, and communal areas
Mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitising surfaces
Emptying bins and restocking supplies
Following health & safety and safeguarding procedures
Requirements:
Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Availability for scheduled deep cleans during half-term breaks
Enhanced DBS check required (can be arranged)
What We Offer:
£12.71 per hour, pro rata, including 28 days paid holiday spread over 12 months
Full training provided
Uniform and cleaning equipment supplied
