nestled in the heart of Angus.

Why This Role?

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to take ownership of the hot food section within our kitchen. You’ll be
responsible for producing consistently high-quality dishes, supporting junior kitchen staff, and upholding the highest standards
of safety and hygiene.




Important – Please Read

Due to our countryside location, there is NO public transport to or from the resort.

Applicants must have access to their own reliable transport (car, motorbike, etc.) to travel to and from work. This is essential.




Key Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain the hot food section to a high standard
* Ensure dishes are prepared and presented consistently to quality standards
* Support and help develop junior kitchen team members
* Maintain excellent food hygiene, health, and safety practices
* Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth service




What We’re Looking For

* A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar Chef de Partie role, or 2 years’ experience at Commis level
* Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
* Passion for cooking and delivering top-quality food
* A positive, proactive, and organised approach
