United Response is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support our Change and Project Team.

Key Purpose of the role of Project Manager:

Drive the end-to-end delivery of projects by coordinating teams and stakeholders, translating business requirements into actionable plans, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget. The role maintains alignment with business objectives through effective communication, risk and change management, status reporting, and consistent application of PMO standards.

To be considered for the role of Project Manager, candidates must demonstrate the following essential skills and experience:

  • Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple work streams and a range of stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Experience developing robust business cases that support clear decision-making.
  • Solid business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and translating needs into actionable deliverables.
  • Experience evaluating business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and recommending changes that add value.
  • Practical experience applying both project management and business analysis methodologies in a pragmatic way.
  • Project management qualifications (e.g. PMP, PMI, Prince2) or business analysis certifications (e.g. IIBA, BCS) or equivalent experience.
