Are you looking for a long-term career within the local Council?
Working in the local area within the Waste department you will on a daily basis work within a small team collecting from local properties.
The role requires a good general level of fitness and the willingness to work outside in challenging weather conditions. Our teams have a great team ethic and aim to work together to offer the best possible service whilst supporting each other.
You will be responsible for collecting rubbish manually or using an automated rubbish-disposal truck.
The role will include a mixture of Loading and also Driving so a Class 2 Licence will be required.
Hours will be 5.30am – 3.30pm Monday to Friday, with an immediate start.
