- Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students with SEND, assisting with a wide range of educational, social, and personal needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers to implement individualised learning plans and strategies
- Facilitate inclusive activities and adapt materials to ensure accessibility for all students
- Monitor student progress and maintain detailed records to inform ongoing support
- Offer emotional support and a nurturing presence, fostering a safe and inclusive environment
- Relevant experience in a SEND or educational setting, preferably working with children or young adults
- A strong understanding of SEND and the ability to adapt teaching approaches accordingly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and families
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting individuals with diverse needs
- Relevant qualifications in education, SEND, or a related field (desirable)
