Summary

Salary: £15.05 per hour + Sodexo rewards and benefits
Hours: 42 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday-Friday on average 8.5 hours per day (full flexibility required to support when the business requires)

We are seeking a professional and reliable Regional SecuritySupervisor to join our team supporting theDiageo site at Shieldhall. This role is responsible forsupervising security operations across the cluster, ensuring the safety ofpeople, property and assets while maintaining the highest standards ofservice.
Important: This role requires travel between locations within the region. Candidates musthold a full UK driving licence and be able to use their own vehicle for workpurposes. Fuel expenses will be reimbursed.
Reporting to theCluster Security Manager, you will support the delivery of security services,oversee daily security operations, and ensure compliance with site proceduresand Sodexo standards. This role requires a confident and proactive individualwho can manage schedules, prioritise tasks and support the wider security team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily security operations across the cluster
- Support the Cluster Security Manager with team coordination and scheduling
- Ensure all security procedures, policies and site protocols are followed
- Monitor site access and maintain a secure working environment
- Respond to incidents and ensure appropriate action is taken
- Maintain accurate records and complete required reports
- Support and guide security officers during shifts
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and security regulations
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience within a security environment
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Confident decision-making and ability to work on your own initiative
- Basic PC skills and experience completing reports or logs
- Flexible and reliable approach to working patterns
- Ability to coordinate schedules and support operational planning
Essential Qualifications
- ValidSIA Security Guard Licence
- First Aid qualification
