The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Software Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Quartz System, our industry-leading software solution. You will need to bring a natural coding ability, enthusiasm, and creative problem-solving abilities to the table.
You will need to have a degree in a science, computing, IT, or engineering discipline and be comfortable working with a range of programming languages. You must also be able to demonstrate an understanding of database structures and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of a Graduate Software Developer include, but are not limited to:
Working with the team to develop and test software against detailed designs to meet the requirements of our clients.
Working closely with fellow developers, reviewing and testing solutions for bugs and issues.
Performing any other day-to-day tasks as required by the team.

The Person
The key skills and qualities of a Graduate Software Developer are:
Educated to degree level or equivalent; typically, but not limited to, Computer Science, IT, Maths, Science or Engineering.
Keenness to learn and grow your knowledge in programming, software development, databases, data-design, SQL, .Net, Angular, Razor, etc.
Excellent communication skills, ability to provide clear instructions for clients, both written and verbal and attention to detail and reliability.
Understanding of contemporary software design and development methodologies and best practice is desired but not essential.
Working Arrangements
Candidates must have the right to live and work in the UK.
This is a home working role. However, you must be able to attend our monthly team meetings, which are held in Farnham, Surrey. (Travel and accommodation for these meetings may be available for some candidates.)
