Summary
Room Leader Level 3 – Preschool Room – Up to £32,500

What You’ll Need
• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
• Good understanding of EYFS and safeguarding practices
• Confidence organising routines and supporting a small team
Desirable
• Previous experience as a Room Leader or senior practitioner
• Paediatric First Aid training
What You’ll Do
• Lead the daily organisation of the pre-school room
• Plan and deliver activities aligned with the EYFS framework
• Observe and record children’s development and learning progress
• Maintain safeguarding, health, and safety standards
• Support and guide practitioners within the room
• Work with parents and colleagues to support children’s development
