Salary:

Our client is a leading UKAS accredited, asbestos consultancy, specialising in asbestos testing, asbestos surveys, and consultancy.
They have a wealth of experience in asbestos surveying, sample analysis of bulk material samples, air testing and four stage clearance testing.

We are currently looking for TWO experienced Asbestos Analyst Surveyors with a P402 P403 & P404 qualification to join their Regional team covering their North West Contracts.

Role Overview
They are seeking a dual-skilled Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to join their Manchester team.
This role offers a balanced mix of site surveying, air monitoring and analytical duties across domestic, commercial and industrial sites.
You'll play a key part in maintaining compliance, ensuring safety, and upholding the company's high technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys (HSG264)
Undertake air monitoring, 4-stage clearances, smoke tests, leak tests and reassurance sampling
Produce accurate and timely reports for both surveying and analytical work
Liaise with clients, contractors and internal teams professionally
Maintain high standards of quality, safety and compliance
Keep up to date with legislation, HSE guidance and UKAS procedures

Requirements:
BOHS P402, P403 and P404 (or equivalents)
Experience with both surveying and analytical duties within a UKAS-accredited environment
Strong communication and reporting skills
Good technical knowledge of asbestos regulations
Full UK driving licence
