We are looking for an experienced Boiler Installation Technical Team Leader to join our team, supporting the successful delivery of a busy housing association contract. Join our high-performing teams and deliver exceptional results!

Your Role:
Carrying out boiler surveys and audits
Supporting the day‑to‑day running of the installation programme
Offering technical guidance to engineers to ensure quality, safety and compliance
Helping ensure performance targets are met and customer satisfaction remains high
Meet client and business KPI’s
Work predominantly in the office managing a team of engineers, with some onsite work required supporting a range of work.
Delivery of works
Deputise for line management
Complete regular asset, van stock, PPE, Uniform and vehicle inspections including audits
Managing a team of engineers and multi skilled operatives, completing regular toolbox talks,
Strong knowledge of contract parameters and implications
Strong knowledge of company procurement processes
Adopt and apply the company escalation protocol
Support in the field and back office with end-to-end processes
What We Need from You.
ACS qualifications: CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT
Experience managing technical or multi-trade teams in a repairs/maintenance or social housing setting
Strong understanding of health & safety, compliance, and commercial contract delivery
A gas background with technical knowledge of the gas industry, including relevant legislation, standards and regulatory requirements
Excellent leadership and people management skills
Confident using IT systems
SMSTS or IOSH (desirable)
Full UK driving license
A proactive, flexible and solution-focused approach
