The Role

This is a key position where you will be providing critical administrative support to our Principal and Chief Executive, managing important relationships, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

You will be part of a collaborative team, working closely alongside and managing two other experienced Personal Assistants.

What we are looking for

We are looking for a proactive and highly skilled Executive Assistant who thrives on managing multiple, shifting priorities with confidence and precision. You will possess exceptional interpersonal skills and have proven experience of working in a dynamic and challenging administrative environment, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Diplomatic and discrete in approach, you will be able to quickly absorb large quantities of written and verbal information and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
