Crynodeb
Support the PCN Clinical Director and Board with the operational management of the Network. Coordinate the delivery of PCN projects, enhanced services and network initiatives. Act as a key point of contact for Practice Managers and other stakeholders. Monitor and report on PCN performance, quality measures and service delivery. Support governance, compliance and risk management across the Network. Work with the Federation to support the recruitment, induction and development of PCN staff. Coordinate PCN meetings, communications and documentation. Support financial oversight, including monitoring submissions and claims relating to PCN services. Build strong relationships with practices, the Federation and wider health system partners. Lead the digital and service transformation agenda across the PCN in line with national NHS priorities. Support practices in the implementation and optimisation of digital tools and systems (e.g. online consultation platforms, workflow optimisation, population health tools). Coordinate PCN involvement in ICB and national digital transformation programmes. Promote digital literacy and training for practice teams where required.
