Summary
Key Responsibilities Collaborate with leaders and subject-matter experts to identify and address training needs. Develop and deliver high-quality learning and development programmes to support employee growth. Lead the design and delivery of corporate induction and onboarding programmes Conduct training needs analyses and implement bespoke development plans Support employee engagement and succession planning initiatives Provide coaching to managers and support career development across teams Introduce and implement new policies and procedures, gaining buy-in from key stakeholders.
