Summary
Ensure that all staff requiring escorting within the High Secure site are aware of and adhere to the policies and expectations of the High Secure Hospital. The management and coordination of ward refurbishment projects, to ensure the safety and security of the project. Negotiate with ward/department managers and charge nurses regarding access and egress to wards to mitigate the disruption to staff and patients.
