Summary
Main duties of the job Previous experience is advantageous but not essential. The Trust is committed to your development and will create a dedicated personal development plan for you, to make sure you are fully supported. We have a dedicated education team who are committed to guide and nurture you through your career. They will be on hand to support and guide you in completing the Care Certificate, to ensure you have the necessary knowledge and skills to undertake your new role. You will be assigned an assessor on the ward which you are based, who will support you as you embark upon your exciting journey at Bolton Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Whilst working alongside one our amazing teams, you will have the chance to develop and showcase these skills. Some of our HCAs have gone on to become Nursing Associates or Registered Nurses so the sky is the limit for you here in Bolton! Our hospitals are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our staff work on a shift basis to ensure our patients receive the very best care at all times. You may be required to work across a number of wards and departments across the Division on a rotational basis so this is a great opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a number of different clinical areas.
