Summary

Education Recruitment Consultant (level negotiable for experience)

SEND / Secondary / Primary

East Midlands Territory

£26,500 - £33,500 + uncapped commission

Office Based. 40 hours, 7-4 / 8-5 term time. Reduced hours school holidays.

In this 360-recruitment role, you’ll manage your own desk, building relationships with schools and candidates while supporting temporary staffing requirements and ensuring classrooms are consistently supported by high-quality professionals. Every placement you make helps schools run smoothly and provides the continuity pupils rely on.

While the role involves developing a high-performing temp desk and achieving clear recruitment targets, it’s also about making a genuine impact. The professionals you place help create stable learning environments, support teaching teams, and positively influence the communities those schools serve.

Whether your background is in education or a transferable sector, your recruitment expertise will drive your area and help expand our offering across the region while contributing to the growth of the wider group.

Recruitment Qualifications


Responsibility of Role:

Running and growing your own high-performing Education recruitment desk across either Primary, Secondary, or SEND
Winning new business and building strong, lasting relationships with schools and clients, while developing existing partnerships
Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality education professionals into temporary roles
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate attraction through to placement and ongoing client support
Driving revenue growth by successfully matching schools with the talent they need
Taking ownership of your targets and consistently achieving and exceeding KPIs
Working closely with our Key Accounts and Partnerships team to maximise opportunities across your territory
Contributing to a driven, ambitious team culture and leading by example

What You’ll Need:

Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in Education or a similar sector, with a track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth
A true hunter mentality you thrive on building and managing your own desk, winning business, and making placements that make a real impact
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence clients, candidates, and colleagues at all levels
Ambition, drive, and ownership you set high standards for yourself and consistently push to achieve and exceed your goals
A passion for education and making a tangible difference in schools and communities through the talent you place
