Working Hours: Monday to Frida 8:30 am to 05:00 pm

We have an exciting opportunity for Muti skilled Maintenance engineer to work for a highly regulated manufacturing company based in Swindon. The appropriate multi skilled maintenance engineer will carry out engineering maintenance, to significantly improve and ensure maximum performance and reliability of all plant and equipment at the site.
Responsibilities of Multi Skilled Engineer:
• Carry out day to day maintenance, fault finding, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems across manufacturing equipment and newly warehouse automated equipment.
• Respond quickly and effectively to breakdowns, working under pressure to restore operations.
• Maintain the records of all maintenance activities and work completed.
• Undertake PPM activities
• Monitor performance of machines after maintenance has been carried out
Requirements of Multi Skilled Engineer:
• Hands-on maintenance experience with both electrical and mechanical equipment
• Excellent analysis skills for diagnosing complex machinery issues efficiently.
• 18th Edition would be advantageous
• Time served or apprentice trained in engineering discipline
• Open minded and focused as you will be working with lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Must have the right to work in UK, no sponsorship provided for this role.
• Previous experience in manufacturing environment is essential for this role ideally within just in time or automotive or aerospace or medical manufacturing or FMCG.
