Substantive
Full Time – 36 hours per week
Band 2 - Salary Range £26,696 - £28,988 per annum
Distant Island Allowance of £2,578 per annum
A vacancy has arisen for a Clerical Officer (Records Destruction Clerk) at the Gilbert Bain Hospital. As a records clerk, job duties include scanning patient records, verifying documents, preparing files for archiving or disposal, maintaining a records inventory process or file management system. They also provide an efficient service to support the delivery of clinical care.
Interested? If so you will need to be able to demonstrate experience of working independently as well as working effectively in a team, together with excellent communication skills and good attention to detail. With a good standard of general education, you will also need to be able to demonstrate computer literacy.
