Your new role
As the Bookkeeper, you will play an integral role in the day-to-day running of the finance function, supporting Directors across the business to achieve company strategies. Your responsibilities will include:> Accounts Payable / Receivable
> Day to Day Purchase Orders / Invoices / Employee Expenses
> Prepare Payment runs
> Post and allocate Bank Payments
> Supporting the rest of the team when required - holiday cover, busy periods
> Ensuring that transactions are posted accurately and within set deadlines
What you'll need to succeed
- Stock knowledge and retail experience.
- Confident IT user - Strong Excel skills and knowledge of the Xero package
- Multitasking and open to additional responsibilities.
- Proactivity and problem-solving attitude
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative and exercise judgment.
