Electrical Assembler / Panel Wirer

Location: Droitwich | Pay: £15.00/hr | Hours: 39/week

Schedule:

• Mon–Thu: 07:30–16:30

  
  

• Fri: 08:00–13:00

  
  

• Overtime: x1.5 Mon–Sat | x2 Sundays

  Your Mission

  • Assemble control panels from scratch using schematics & layout drawings.

    
    

  • Mount & wire components: transformers, capacitors, relays, inductors, contactors.

    
    

  • Prepare cables: crimping, stripping, soldering, terminating.

    
    

  • Drill & tap backplates, fit trunking, DIN rails, busbars, manifolds.

    
    

  • Work with quality & engineering teams to identify and resolve issues.

    
    

  • Conduct continuity checks & basic fault-finding before testing.

    
    

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.

    
    

    Who You Are

    • Skilled in panel wiring, electrical fitting, or control cabinet assembly.

      
      

    • Confident reading technical drawings & wiring diagrams.

      
      

    • Comfortable with hand tools, drills, and assembly equipment.

      
      

    • Detail-focused, methodical, and quality-driven.

      
      

    • A strong communicator who can work independently or as part of a team.
