Summary
Car Care Plan, an AmTrust business, is a leading provider of award‑winning vehicle warranty and automotive protection solutions. With decades of industry expertise, we pride ourselves on delivering dependable products that drive high customer satisfaction and support successful motoring for millions of drivers.
We are now looking for a Senior BI Developer to join our growing team based in our Bradford office during a pivotal period of transformation. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape our data future as we transition from on‑premise systems to a modern cloud‑based data platform.
As a Senior BI Developer, you will play a key part in our BI development strategy—leading the creation of high‑quality, self‑serve reporting solutions for both internal teams and external partners. You will also be instrumental in supporting and up-skilling colleagues across the business in Power BI best practice.
You will be responsible for building, enhancing and maintaining self‑service dashboards in Power BI to deliver accurate, insightful and user‑friendly reporting, while working closely with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Sales and others to understand their requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions. In addition, you will support our major data transformation project by contributing to the migration from on‑premise warehousing to cloud technologies, using your strong SQL and data‑warehousing expertise to design efficient data models and pipelines. You will also play a key role in developing BI capability across the wider team through mentoring and knowledge‑sharing.
You will bring expertise as a true Power BI specialist with strong dashboard development experience, supported by solid SQL skills and a sound understanding of data‑warehousing principles. You will have experience working within BI or data engineering teams and demonstrate strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across a wide range of stakeholders. You’ll also take a proactive, solutions‑focused approach, showing a genuine passion for continuous improvement.
