TEC Partnership is made up of four colleges, two training providers, a 14-16 provision and a nursery, stretching from Scarborough to Skegness with a Nottingham based campus also.

We are looking for a passionate Employability & Skills Tutor who wants to do more than teach — someone who wants to inspire, motivate and open doors for learners across pre-employment programmes, sector-based work academies, traineeships, funded initiatives and apprenticeships.
About the role
The successful candidate will deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment across employability, pre-employment programmes, sector-based work academies, apprenticeships and funded projects. Support learners to progress, achieve and move into sustainable employment.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging teaching sessions
• Conduct enrolment, induction and initial assessment
• Monitor learner progress and complete timely documentation
• Maintain compliance with awarding body and funding requirements
• Build strong relationships with employers and stakeholders
• Contribute to IQA, standardisation and CPD activities
About the person
The successful candidate will hold, teaching qualification (Level 3 or above) as well as Level 2 English and Maths. You will need to have strong communication and organisational skills and commitment to safeguarding, equality and quality standards. Vocational competence in relevant industry sector.
