Summary

Room Leader (Level 3) – Pre-School Room – 40 Hours – Up to £33,000

What You’ll Need



  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)

  • Recent experience working in a nursery or early years setting

  • Confidence supporting or leading a room within a nursery

  • Good understanding of EYFS and safeguarding practices



  • Previous Room Leader experience



What You’ll Do



  • Lead the daily organisation of the pre-school room

  • Plan and deliver activities aligned with the EYFS framework

  • Support and guide practitioners working in the room

  • Observe, assess, and record children’s development

  • Maintain safeguarding, safety, and compliance standards

  • Build positive working relationships with parents and colleagues
