Summary
As a Nurse, you will work as a Registered Nurse across different services in and around Glasgow, using your ability to travel to cover a range of shifts. The role exists to provide additional nursing capacity to care homes, specialist addiction services, private hospitals and community healthcare when they need it most. Each shift is different, allowing you to build varied clinical experience while keeping your work pattern flexible.
What you'll be doing
- Providing safe, person-centred nursing care in line with NMC standards.
- Working across services such as private care homes, specialist addiction services, private hospitals and community healthcare.
- Adapting quickly to new environments and teams while maintaining high clinical standards.
- Following local policies and procedures within each service you support.
- Completing and maintaining accurate clinical records for each shift.
- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive, professional care environment.
What we're looking for
- Valid NMC registration as an RMN or RGN.
- At least 6 months' UK experience in a relevant setting within the last 3 years.
- The right to work in the UK.
- Ability and willingness to travel between different healthcare settings in and around Glasgow.
- Reliability and professionalism when accepting and completing shifts.
