Summary
Essential criteria Registered General or Mental health nurse with current NMC registration Masters level with a commitment to work towards a research degree Independent prescriber Teaching qualification recognised by the NMC Significant senior management experience Experience working within a mental health setting at a senior nurse level Extensive and expert knowledge and experience of health, nursing and psychosocial needs of older adults Experience leading service transformation Experience of working in Higher Education, developing and delivering academic modules or programmes. Experience of working across inter-agency and organisational boundaries at both local and national level Experience of presenting clinical practice and research at a local /national Strong governance, audit and quality improvementknowledge Excellent communication and influencing skills
