We’re looking for two Receptionists to join Holiday Inn Wolverhampton.

Key Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering a warm and memorable welcome.
Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
Handle guest reservations, correspondence, and inquiries with professionalism and care.
Assist the Guest Service Manager with daily front office operations, including staffing, financial monitoring, and revenue initiatives.
Support our F&B team during busy periods, contributing to an all-around excellent guest experience.
Ensure brand standards are consistently upheld across all front-of-house activities.
Encourage guest loyalty through IHG Reward sign-ups and proactive engagement.
Conduct routine inspections of public areas and take prompt action to resolve any issues.
About you
Previous hotel reception or front office experience is essential.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage tasks in a busy environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility with working hours and responsibilities.
A proactive approach, working independently and collaboratively with the team.
Passion for delivering top-notch guest experiences.
