Summary
To complete appraisals and personal development plan. To process, approve and record staff annual leave requests. To monitor staff compliance against mandatory training requirements. Maintain personal and professional development to meet the changing demands of the job, participate in appropriate training activities and support staff development and training. To assist recruitment, selection and appointment of administrative staff Develop and promote a positive culture within the directorate to enable continuous quality and service improvement.
