Recruitment Alba are recruiting HGV Class 1 (LGV1 / Cat C+E) Tanker Drivers for our client based in the Renfrewshire and Glasgow area.
This role involves operating tanker vehicles on day shift, carrying out local and regional work. This is an ongoing position offering consistent work and competitive PAYE rates.
Jetting experience would be advantageous, however training may be provided for suitable candidates.
Duties will include:
Driving HGV Class 1 (Cat C+E) tanker vehicles
Carrying out deliveries and collections as required
Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting defects
Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with regulations
Adhering to driver hours and tachograph rules
Requirements:
Valid HGV Class 1 (LGV1 / Cat C+E) driving licence
Valid Driver CPC qualification
Valid Digital Tachograph Card
Previous Class 1 driving experience preferred
Jetting experience beneficial but not essential
Pay and benefits:
£16.00 to £19.00 per hour (PAYE)
