Are you passionate about building relationships, creating opportunities, and making a real difference in lifting people out of poverty?

Our Employment Pathways Executives play an important role within Relational Mentoring Scotland, supporting customers on their journey towards employment while also working with employers and partners to open up the right opportunities.

You will work directly with customers, offering tailored support to help them build confidence, overcome barriers, and take positive steps towards employment. Alongside this, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with employers and partners to create sustainable opportunities including jobs, volunteering, placements, and job tasters.

Working closely with colleagues across Relational Mentoring Scotland, you will respond to both customer and employer needs with creativity, collaboration, and innovation.

This is a varied and rewarding role where you can bring together your experience of working with people, building partnerships, and supporting progression to make a genuine difference in people’s lives.

This role will involve travel across our six local authority areas, so flexibility and a willingness to work across different locations will be important.

This role is subject to a PVG check for adults.
