Recruitment Alba are currently recruiting for HGV Class 2 (LGV2 / Cat C) Multi-Drop Drivers for our client based in the Queenslie area of Glasgow.
This role involves working as part of a two-person team delivering cages and palletised ambient goods to retail outlets across the Central Belt.
This is an ongoing position offering both full-time and part-time hours.
Duties will include:
Multi-drop deliveries to shops and commercial premises
Working as part of a two-person delivery team
Use of handheld delivery devices (training provided)
Carrying out routine vehicle checks and reporting defects
Providing a high standard of customer service
Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and efficiently
Requirements:
Valid HGV Class 2 (LGV2 / Cat C) driving licence
Valid Driver CPC qualification
Valid Digital Tachograph Card
Previous Class 2 / multi-drop experience preferred
Good understanding of driver hours and road safety regulations
Pay and benefits:
£15.43 per hour (PAYE)
Holiday pay accrued on every shift
