-A luxury retail office site, working closely with senior stakeholders and maintaining a highstandard, clientfocused service environment.
-A warehouse/office site, supporting a broader operational setting with practical, fastpaced maintenance requirements and a strong emphasis on Health and Safety.
The role covers plumbing, mechanical and general building duties, ensuring the safe and compliant operation of all plant, equipment and water systems through planned, reactive and smallworks activities. The position requires strong customer service skills, as engineers work daily in areas occupied by senior stakeholders and must communicate clearly, respectfully and confidently.

You will support KPI delivery, liaise with contractors and external suppliers where required, and help maintain a safe, wellmanaged working environment at all times.
Key Responsibilities
-Deliver statutory and operational PPMs and reactive plumbing/mechanical repairs, including isolation, fault finding and remedial works.
-Carry out water hygiene regimes including monthly checks, temperature monitoring, TMV servicing, water tank inspections, dosing and flushing.
-Perform mechanical tasks including pump maintenance, pressure vessel inspections, valve servicing, strainers, heating/cooling water checks and minor pipework works.
-Support compliance activities such as closedsystem sampling, calorifier inspections and expansion vessel checks.
-Provide plumbing/mechanical input for office moves, small works and water/heating supply adjustments.
-Manage and escort contractors on site, ensuring safe systems of work, inductions and permit processes are followed.
-Participate in general building tasks (basic electrical resets, fire system operational tests, fabric support, minor handyman tasks, etc) when required.
-Maintain accurate PDA/CAFM records and follow safety procedures, including Lock Out / Tag Out and Permit to Work.
-Participate in on call rota and attend out of hours calls as required
-Attend additional weekend works as required by business needs
-Undertake all necessary training in a timely manner to meet role requirements.
-Travel between sites when required to attend emergency tasks, with all travel covered under company expenses.

-L8 Awareness and legionella control experience
-Experience with pumps, calorifiers, expansion vessels and closedloop systems
