Summary
Our client is looking for an exceptional, confident individual to join their team on a 4–6-month temporary basis in Norton Canes.
This is a client-facing role where you will be engaging with members of the public visiting the site. You will be responsible for approaching people in a professional and friendly manner, asking questions about the client’s product and carrying out fact-finding conversations to gather feedback and insights.
This role would suit someone who is confident speaking to people, approachable, and comfortable initiating conversations with the public.
Key Responsibilities
• Approaching visitors on site to discuss the client’s product
• Conducting fact-finding conversations and gathering feedback
• Representing the client in a professional and polite manner
• Building rapport quickly with members of the public
• Accurately recording information gathered during conversations
The Ideal Candidate
• Confident speaking to and approaching members of the public
• Friendly, professional and well-mannered
• Previous customer-facing or front-of-house experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Own transport is essential due to the location
Hours & Pay
• ?16.00 per hour weekly paid via Elite Personnel
• Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
• 4–6-month temporary assignment
