Summary
As my personal assistant I would like you to assist me with my social support needs and ensure I am able to attend my Braille course and any other social care activities I wish to attend including shopping. I am an able bodied young female but do have Epilepsy seizures so the person who supports me should have some knowledge on this as my seizures are across the range of Epilepsy. applicants can highlight days and times they would prefer to work but must be available to cover other support sessions when colleagues are on annual leave or sick leave. Current DBS will be accepted with new check to be completed after probation period ends.
