About the Role

In this role, you will:

Provide specialist support to victims and families navigating the family court system.
Complete risk and needs assessments, safety planning, and develop personalised support plans.
Support clients through criminal and civil justice processes, ensuring access to special measures and legal advice.
Liaise with agencies including Cafcass, police, CPS, housing, and legal services to advocate for clients.
Refer high-risk clients to MARAC and represent them at multi-agency meetings.
Deliver emotional support, self-esteem workshops, and practical advice to help clients rebuild independence.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to the IDAS helpline on a rota basis.
Champion equality, diversity, and inclusion by ensuring services are accessible and responsive to the needs of all communities, including those who are underrepresented or marginalised.
