Salary: £36,170.00 to £42,224.00 (depending on qualifications & experience)

MAIN PURPOSE OF POST
Are you passionate about shaping the next generation of health and education professionals? We are looking for an innovative and dedicated individual to join our Health Care and Early Years department.
The successful candidate will deliver high-quality, inclusive theory and practical lessons across a range of programmes from Level 1 to Level 5, including our flagship T Levels. You will be at the forefront of "Building Careers of Tomorrow," ensuring our learners develop the clinical knowledge, emotional intelligence, and resilience needed to thrive in the sector. You will also lead enrichment and employability activities, bridging the gap between the classroom and the workplace through outstanding business engagement.
