Business Analyst (Hybrid) needed in Bristol, £349.16 per day PAYE - Reference: 5292732

Contract Duration: 2-3 months (with possible extension)
Working Pattern: 5 Days per week
Location: Your contracted place of work will be Bristol. We support hybrid working and recognise that working from home has many benefits for us and our work.
Most of the team are currently working from home most of the time, with occasional attendance in the office. Others prefer to come into the office every day. This works well and we do not foresee any change to these flexible arrangements.
Applicants should be aware, though, that hybrid working is supported at management discretion and that they could be required to attend the office in Bristol for up to all of their contracted hours each week.

Appointed candidates are expected to collect their laptop from Bristol and to return it at the end of the contract period.

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a review of our IDOX Uniform and Civica APP Case Management systems.

This will likely involve:
• SCOPING: Distilling lengthy technical specifications down into digestible products - defining the systems, their scope and function
• SPECIFYING: Establishing and validating key facts and information that can help differentiate different uses, volumes and needs (i.e. High-Level Functional Requirements)
• EVALUATING: Establishing headline pain-points from SMEs, contract management, costs and Local Authority user-experience that can support a decision on next steps (i.e. to what degree Functional Requirements are met)
• STRATEGISING: Investigating the specific feasibility of migrating users of Civica APP to IDOX uniform and determining and documenting dependencies and synergies between services

You will ideally have:
• Experience with IDOX Uniform
• Experience with Civica APP
• Aptitude in determining a proportionate analytical depth to support decision-making with targeted high-level summaries
• Experience in system tendering, procurement and implementation, to assist with scaling and estimating options

This is a full time role on a Temporary contract basis.
