Summary

Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and organised Office Assistant to support our daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will help maintain an efficient office environment by handling routine office tasks and providing general support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answering phone calls and responding to emails
• Filing, scanning, and organising documents
• Managing office supplies and basic inventory
• Scheduling appointments and meetings
• Assisting with data entry and general administrative tasks

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar)
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Previous office or administrative experience is preferred but not essential
